ExpreS2ion prides itself on its highly educated and diverse workforce. 60% of our management team and employees have earned advanced degrees in scientific disciplines, including PhDs. Our workforce is diversified across gender, age and birth country.
We are proud to be truly diverse, comprised of several nationalities, having experts with decades of experience, and students working side by side. 6 of our 25 employees have a PhD, and 8 have a MSc.
ExpreS2ion is growing and has a low turnover rate. As of April 2021 we hired 7 new colleagues and we're now 25 employees. 8 of our 25 employees have been with ExpreS2ion 5 years or longer. We have further strengthened our organization and prepared it for growth through 3 promotions.
